Kevin Boucher

Kevin Boucher was born in Providence, Rhode Island and first moved to the Tampa Area in 2001. He completed his college preparatory schooling at Jesuit High School, where, in addition to graduating, he was involved in the community through school sanctioned events.  

Kevin graduated Cum Laude from Florida State University where he received his Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing. He then went on to continue his education and received his Juris Doctorate from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University’s College of Law.   During his tenure at law school, Kevin was again involved in community affairs and was a founding member of the Veteran’s Law School Association, where he served as Treasurer, working to raise money and awareness of Veteran’s issues for our nation’s heroes.

After graduation, Kevin began his legal career in the field of personal injury, where he aggressively prosecuted cases on behalf of his clients, vigorously advocating on their behalf as well as obtaining favorable jury verdicts at trial. Having also served as a Public Defender for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, Kevin brings his extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the courts and the litigation process to fight the good fight—because at Papasov Law Group, we fight to win!  

In addition to his vast litigation experience, Kevin also understands what our clients are going through on a deeper level. In 2016, he was personally injured in a car accident, which resulted in a favorable verdict at trial.  His personal experience of having to fight with insurance companies and attorneys to recover for the injuries and damages he incurred gives him special insight and knowledge as to what each of our clients is experiencing. Having lived through this ordeal enables him to connect with our clients on a higher emotional level while emphatically providing realistic expectations and guidance.
