Luisa Preston

Luisa Preston is the Legal Director of Papasov Law Group. With over a decade of managerial and administrative experience, Luisa is an integral member of the team. She is the backbone of the operation ensuring the overall smooth running of the firm – from training legal staff, creating office protocols and implementing changes that streamline work product to ultimately benefit our clients. We fight to win—it’s not just our slogan, it’s how we run the firm.

Luisa also brings over eight years of experience in the personal injury field. She began her legal career as a legal assistant at a local law firm, where she quickly moved up from conducting client intakes to writing comprehensive demands to then being a paralegal and writing complaints and initial discovery for cases moving into litigation. Luisa also gained valuable litigation experience at another local law firm where she assisted in the handling of personal injury cases and medical malpractice cases for ten (10) attorneys. Having successfully assisted in the navigation of complex cases, from intake through litigation, for auto accident cases to premise liability cases, medical malpractice claims and wrongful death cases, her combination of legal and administrative experience are unmatched.

In addition to her legal and administrative experience, on a more personal note, Luisa also understands firsthand the process of how a personal injury case unfolds from the point of view of our clients given she was injured due to someone else's negligence. Even with her extensive knowledge working in the personal injury field and having experience speaking with insurance adjusters and providers, she knew the importance of hiring a good attorney. She identifies with the struggles of dealing with post-accident pain, treatment, financial worries, and claim delays.  This experience and these emotions give her a unique connection with our clients.
