Pamela Cordova Papasov is the Managing Attorney of Papasov Law Group, PLLC. Pamela’s practice is focused on representing Plaintiffs in all areas of general liability including, but not limited to, automobile accidents, premises liability, catastrophic and personal injury, wrongful death, and complex civil litigation. She has varied experience and an extensive background in all aspects of general and complex civil litigation.

Having moved to the United States when she was 10 years old, Pamela graduated Valedictorian of her class at Leto High School in Tampa and then went on to obtain her bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame. (Go Irish! ☘️)

Pamela began her legal career in plaintiff’s personal injury working for almost a decade in a highly regarded local plaintiff’s personal injury law firm. She worked her way up from case manager, to paralegal, to becoming the firm’s Legal Director. As such, she was in charge of supervising all catastrophic injury, auto, premise liability, wrongful death, and mass tort cases.

While in law school, Pamela honed her legal writing and oral advocacy as an intern in the Appellate Division of the United States Attorney’s Office.

After obtaining her law degree from Stetson University College of Law, Pamela served as the Grassroots Director for the successful campaign of Florida’s Attorney General, Ashley Moody. As Grassroots Director, Pamela traveled all over the State meeting people and elected officials gathering support and creating coalitions to help spread the General’s message and goals.

Following the successful campaign, Pamela worked as an Assistant Attorney General handling appeals and arguing cases in front of Florida’s Second District Court of Appeals.

Pamela also worked for the nation's largest Plaintiff’s firm handling complex litigation matters in State and Federal Courts. Most recently, prior to starting Papasov Law Group, Pamela defended personal injury and negligence-based actions while working for Florida’s largest defense firm as well as the nation’s 5th largest insurance defense firm. Having handled cases on both side of the aisle, Pamela has a powerful understanding of the true value of a case and is better able to anticipate defenses and strategize to obtain optimal results.

On the personal side, Pamela has a profound understanding of what her clients are going through. A mere four weeks after giving birth to her first child, Pamela was injured through no fault of her own. Through her ordeal having gone through treatment, surgeries, and ultimately a successful trial, Pamela is able to guide and support her clients while providing excellent legal representation. She knows the fight and she knows what it takes to win. That's why at Papasov Law Group—
